What is this chapter mainly about?

Something happens to Jem when Jem, Dill, and Scout run away from the Radley's backyard.

What happens to Jem?

What causes the whole neighborhood to gather outside the Radley house at night?

Jem has no pants on.

How does Dill explain this to the neighbors gathered at the Radley house?

Everyone goes home after the commotion.

What does Jem do after he returns home?
