Posted on September 3, 2017 by admin Chapter 14 What is the main idea of this chapter? Who is Uchendu? Uchendu listens to Okonkwo's story and is relieved to hear that the crime he has committed is what sort of crime? In Mbanta, an isa–ifi ceremony of confession takes place, which is part of a larger, more general ceremony. What ceremony is isa–ifi a part of? What does Uchendu advise Okonkwo? The third paragraph in Chapter 14 tells us that Okonkwo built a new obi and then "installed his personal god and the symbols of his departed fathers." What does "departed" mean in this context? Is there anything that is unclear in this chapter? Post navigationPrevious post: FeedbackNext post: Question #1
